  • Colour strength and shade difference against the standard
    Pigment preparations Rykobar are standardised in colour strength and colour shade. These properties are evaluated by mixing of 1 % pigment preparation Rykobar and basic PVC mixture. Difference in colour strength ± 5 % is guaranteed.
  • Fastness to light
    Xenotest - ČSN EN ISO 105-B2:2000. The light fastness was evaluated on films made of PVC basic mixture and 1% pigment preparation RYKOBAR and was determined according to the blue scale, by it degree 1 denotes the lowest fastness, degree 8 the highest one
  • Heat resistance
    The heat resistance was evaluated using indicator paper at heating the sample to 200 °C. The heat resistance is by all preparations the same - minimum 60 Min. at 200 °C
  • Migration
    The migration was evaluated as the bleeding into a white PVC film which was in close contact with a tested sample for 24 h at 70 °C , i.e. with pigment preparation pre-dyed PVC film. Assessment against ISO grey scale; by it degree 1 denotes the lowest fastness, degree 5 the highest one
  • Inside resistivity drop
    Inside resistivity was evaluated according to ČSN IEC 93 (IEC 93:1980) on film which was pre-dyed with tested pigment preparation and on colorless film from PVC carrier. The test was carried out 60 sec at 500 V after conditioning 24 hours at 23 °C and 60 % of relative humidity
